Win With Ripple ("we", "us", "our") provides digital-marketing tools and services for creators and service businesses. This Privacy Policy covers winwithripple.com (the "Site") and our Ripple Reply app (see Section 6).

Information you send us. If you email us or message us on social platforms, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. If we end up working together, we'll also handle the business details needed to deliver that work.
Information processed automatically. This Site runs no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising tags. Two kinds of technical processing still happen, as on nearly every website:

Ripple Reply ("the App") is a customer-support response tool for service businesses that get enquiries over Instagram direct messages. It helps a business answer people who message the business's own Instagram professional account, and can route longer or more complex issues to a human agent. This section describes what data the App processes, the purpose behind it, how it's protected, and how to have it erased. It covers all data obtained through the Instagram API with Instagram Login.
6.1 Data the App accesses. After a business connects its Instagram professional account and grants consent, the App receives the following through Meta's Instagram API:
The App does not request, collect, or store passwords, payment details, contact lists, location data, or anything else unrelated to answering the business's customer enquiries.
6.2 What the data is used for. Enquiries arrive through a secure Meta webhook; the App helps the business send back a relevant answer through the Instagram API; and a human agent takes over whenever that's the better option. Customer message and profile data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
6.3 Storage & protection. Enquiry text and its context live in access-controlled storage only for as long as resolving the enquiry requires. Access tokens are held in encrypted form and are scoped to the one connected account. Everything moves over HTTPS. Conversation data is kept for a maximum of 90 days.
6.4 Deletion & disconnection. A business can cut off the App's access whenever it wants from Instagram (Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the App). To have stored data erased, email megaaaa.1133@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the connected account's username, sent from an address we can tie to the business. Once verified, every stored message, conversation record, and access token is deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it's done.
Personal information leaves our hands only in three cases: with the providers above when operating the Site or delivering services requires it; when the law or valid legal process compels it, or to protect our rights and safety; or when you ask us to or give consent.
Only as long as there's a reason to — answering you, serving an active client, or satisfying legal and accounting rules. After that, it's deleted. You can also request deletion whenever you like (Section 10).
The Site is delivered over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to what we store. No system is perfectly secure, though, so we can't promise absolute protection.
Depending on your location (the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA/CPRA in California are examples), you may be entitled to:

Our providers may run servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rest on the safeguards those providers offer.
The Site and the App are built for businesses and creators, and we don't knowingly process personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us data, tell us and we'll erase it.
Links from here lead to platforms with their own privacy practices (Instagram and other third-party sites). This policy stops where those sites begin.
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Meaningful revisions will always appear on this page.
